The children will take part in team realted games incorporating various gymnastic skills such as:

• Rolls
• Handstands
• Cartwheels
• Swinging
• Jumping and much much more!!

SKILLS PREPARATION

• 45 minutes of Gym type games
• 5 minute drink break
• 30 minutes more games
• 25 minutes party cake and presents

NOTE:  The games will be structured according to the age of the children.

WHAT THE PARTY HOST (YOU) IS REQUIRED TO DO:

• R1500-00 minimum charge for all the above, paid in advance
• This entitles you up to 20 children, with additional children at R75-00 each.
• Help with supervision during the time that the children are in the facility.
• To arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party to set up any special decorations / table etc.
• Ensure all children be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the end of the party.  (We have multiple parties per day!)
• Fill in the details required on the online booking wait for us to confirm the times required an d then fax through the confirmation form with receipt of payment.
• Handle all correspondence (RSVP's) for your child's party privately.

WHAT PRO-GYMNASTICS CLUB WILL PROVIDE.....

• Invitations for the party  (samples will be given on request)
• Our Gymnastics facility for 1 3/4 hours
• A table for the birthday cake / refreshments including tablecloths. There will be cups, tea, spoons and an urn/kettle.  Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk for your adult guests.
• All the cleanup from the party
